The Police Legal Advisor Section provides comprehensive legal advice specifically
to the Division of Police on policies, procedures, and labor issues. Attorneys in
this section also deliver around the clock “real time” advice to police personnel.
In addition, this section tracks lawsuits, case reviews, and property damage/medical
claims against the Division.
